Trinard “TJ” Jackson, a member of the Blood Stones Army, pleaded guilty on Wednesday one count of conspiracy, a felony, which was accepted by Westchester County Court Judge Barry Warhit.
Jackson was arrested and charged as part of a larger gang sweep in the Nodine Hill section of Yonkers in the beginning of May, which led to the arrests of several members of the Blood Stones Army, who were charged on a multi-count indictment.
According to Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., Jackson “pleaded guilty to conspiring with other Blood Stones members to assert control over the Nodine Hill area of Yonkers by means of violence, including, but not limited to, shootings, assaults and firearms possession. He along with other members and associates were parties to a conspiratorial agreement to kill rivals.”
In the last two months, several other members of the gang have admitted in court to their roles in conspiracies, attempted murders and attempted assaults for their activity in the area.
Jackson, 25, is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 10 next year, when he is expected to get a term of between 28 months and seven years in state prison. He remains remanded into custody.
